My family and I had access to Lufthansa Business Lounge at Boston airport while travelling on SWISS business class. The lounge is in Terminal E, 2nd Floor across gate 3B.
The lounge overlooks the Boston runway so you can watch landing and take off while sipping on your favorite beverage.

Ambience and Seating:
The ambience was nothing fancy, but it looked warm and inviting.
The lounge had a mix of different seating arrangement – Watch sports on big screen with friends or get some work done at individual sofa chair or take a quick nap at chaise lounge chairs overlooking the runway. Personally, we preferred the chaise lounge.
When we first got in, the lounge was crowded, and we had some difficulty finding seats for all of us together. This was probably because of delayed flights owing to winter storm. But as passengers made their way to the boarding, there was ample space available.
The lounge had fast WiFi and offered charging ports next to each seat.
There is a separate section for first class flyers.
Food and Drinks:

The Bar wasn’t extravagantly big, but still offered good selection of alcoholic drinks – Champagne & Wines, Spirits and Beers, all of which is on the house. I wanted to try out German beers but wasn’t familiar with brands. The bartender eagerly offered suggestions and recommended Spaten Oktoberfest which I really liked. There are few bar stools in case you want to hang out by the bar. The food buffet had a good spread and offered mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Since we were vegetarian, we preferred salads, cheese, Bean Caponata and fresh juices. I am not sure if they offer an à la carte menu.
A large dinning area was centrally located.

Other Amenities:
No showers: Surprisingly, the lounge does not have showers. It only has restrooms and a change room. If you do need to shower, head to “The Club” which is part of the Priority Pass network.
Flight display monitors: There is a flight display monitor to keep track of your flights as well as regular departure announcements by the staff.
Final impressions:
Overall, I liked the ambience with various seating options. The food spread was good and catered to vegetarians as well. I was disappointed by lack of shower area for guests.

Our little girl really enjoyed watching the snow while nibbling on cheese!!
