“The Club” lounge at Boston International Airport is part of the Priority Pass lounge which means you get complimentary access for yourself and two other guests just by having any of the premium travel credit cards like Amex Platinum, Chase Sapphire Reserve, Citi Prestige or other credit cards offering complimentary priority pass membership.
Mediocre ambiance but ample seating
The ambiance of the lounge is rather mediocre in comparison to airline lounges like Lufthansa Business Lounge. The lounge has no windows so some may feel claustrophobic. But otherwise the lounge has ample seating. When we visited the lounge was only half full.
The lounge has work stations with desktop and printer. The central area has more of an open seating arrangement so people can socialize while having some refreshments. Once you walk over to the other side of the lounge you have a more private seating area and is generally quite compared to the central area. There are sufficient flight monitor screens at various places in the lounge.

Limited Food & Drinks options
The food spread is rather limited. In addition to salads and fruits there are some hot food and soup. Hot beverages mainly include Coffee while cold beverages are soda cans.
The lounge does not offer alcoholic beverages.
Additional Amenities
Showers: The one thing we missed at the Lufthansa Business Lounge was the showers. There are two bathrooms with showers that you can reserve at no extra cost. Please note through that the lounge has no separate restroom and the only ones are inside the bathrooms.

Flight Monitors: There are ample flight monitors to keep you informed about your flight.
Conclusion:
Overall “The Club” offers mediocre experience with limited food options and no alcoholic beverages. But if you are in search of some quite place to work over a long layover then this lounge should just get the job done for you at no cost out-of-pocket.
